This website and the public Xeotype ecosystem pages are operated by XEOTYPE SRL, a company registered in Romania.
This notice applies to the public presentation websites operated by Xeotype, including xeotype.com, hub.xeotype.com, robotics.xeotype.com, prints.xeotype.com when launched, and related public landing pages, contact flows and product presentation pages.
The websites present software platforms, robotics systems, educational and FTC-related products, 3D printed objects, prototypes, product development services and future Xeotype initiatives. MobilityCloud is a dedicated software product and may have separate platform-specific terms, policies and contractual documents.
Website content is published for presentation, discovery and business communication. It is not a legally binding offer, professional certification, engineering guarantee, grant consultancy guarantee, public procurement offer, fiscal advice, legal advice, medical advice or a promise that a specific product, service, delivery time or price will be available.
A collaboration, software project, robotics order, prototype job, 3D printing order or product development engagement begins only after Xeotype and the client confirm the relevant scope, price, responsibilities, delivery terms and payment conditions in writing.
Prices, delivery estimates, stock information, technical characteristics and product descriptions shown on Xeotype websites may change without prior notice. Any public price is indicative unless explicitly marked as final and confirmed in writing by Xeotype for a specific customer, order, date and delivery destination.
For custom products, robotics systems, international shipping, prototype work, software development and consulting, the final cost may depend on material availability, technical complexity, quantity, shipping provider, country, taxes, payment method, required documentation and timeline.
Submitting a form, sending an email, opening a WhatsApp conversation or requesting a quote does not oblige Xeotype to accept the request. Xeotype may request clarifications, decline a request, suggest another technical route, split the work into phases or condition acceptance on advance payment, signed documents, technical files or compliance confirmations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications, files, measurements, intended use, delivery information, billing data and any regulatory constraints relevant to their request. Delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect price, timing and feasibility.
Robotics products, field perimeter components, mechanical assemblies, prototypes and 3D printed technical parts may require careful assembly, inspection, maintenance and supervised use. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, products are supplied as components, kits, prototypes or project-specific solutions, not as certified safety equipment.
Customers, teams, mentors, educators and organisers are responsible for verifying that products are suitable for their intended use, compatible with competition rules, venue requirements, local safety rules and the user’s age, skill level and supervision context. Xeotype is not responsible for misuse, unsafe assembly, unauthorised modifications, competition rule changes, unsuitable operating environments or use contrary to documentation or common safety practice.
Software projects and platforms may include bugs, maintenance windows, browser differences, third-party dependencies, hosting limitations or changes required by law, security or business reasons. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, public demos, screenshots, feature descriptions and roadmaps are illustrative and may be changed, removed or postponed.
Where Xeotype provides a hosted platform, separate terms may define user accounts, billing, support, data retention, export, service availability, restrictions and termination. The public Xeotype website does not override those product-specific terms.
Unless otherwise stated, the Xeotype name, logos, visual identity, website content, images, mascots, text, product descriptions, product concepts, software interface concepts, robotics concepts, graphics, layouts and presentation materials are owned by XEOTYPE SRL or used with permission.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, imitate, register, use for training materials, present as your own, or create derivative commercial materials from website content without prior written permission. Limited private viewing, saving a page for personal reference or sharing the original page link is permitted.
If you send files, drawings, photos, videos, names, logos, project ideas, business plans, prototypes or other materials to Xeotype, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that their use for evaluation or delivery does not violate third-party rights.
Unless a non-disclosure agreement or written contract states otherwise, information sent through public contact channels is treated as business communication, not as automatically protected confidential information. For sensitive ideas, patents, unpublished designs or confidential technical files, contact Xeotype before sending materials.
Xeotype may display its own products, public projects, publicly available materials, rendered mockups, product photos, screenshots and selected collaboration references in the portfolio. Client-specific confidential work will not be intentionally published where a written confidentiality obligation applies.
If a collaboration involves events, teams, educational organisations, robotics competitions or public activities, the client or organiser is responsible for ensuring that any media, logos or participant images they provide may lawfully be used for the intended purpose.
This website may link to external domains and services such as MobilityCloud, hub.Xeotype, robotics.Xeotype, prints.Xeotype, WhatsApp, email clients, video platforms, file storage services, social media, payment providers, delivery providers, MakerWorld, Patreon, FIRST/FTC-related resources or partner websites.
External websites are controlled by their own operators. Xeotype is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, pricing, policies, cookies, tracking practices, legal documents or changes.
Xeotype tries to keep its websites available, accurate and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every browser, permanent availability of every page or that all content will always be up to date.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security, overload infrastructure, upload malware, scrape content at scale, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, impersonate Xeotype or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xeotype is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, competition penalties, event disruption, reputational loss, third-party platform issues or damages caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, inaccurate client information or unauthorised modifications.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor does it limit mandatory consumer rights where such rights apply.
This website is operated from Romania. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the use of the Xeotype public websites and non-contractual website-related matters are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law.
